Actors are in deep mourning after hearing that Michael K. Williams, The Wire actor, was found dead from a drug overdose in his Brooklyn apartment Monday (September 6).

According to the New York Post Williams’ body was found alongside drug paraphernalia. This suggests that he had taken a fatal dose either of heroin or fentanyl.

But 50 Cent, who has built an impressive career in television since his glory days as a rapper, is catching flak for his recent post about Williams. Fiddy used the New York Post article about Williams’s death shortly after it broke to promote his television series Raising Kanan. __S.4__

He captioned the post, “Damn if Raising Kanan didn’t check it out,” “That fentanyl is not a joke, killing clientele. RIP Michael k.williams.
