Dark Light

If you haven’t heard by now, Pusha T finally responded to Drake’s “Duppy” freestyle with a diss track of his own called “The Story Of Adidon.” The song saw Push taking shots at Drake for having a “hidden” son with a stripper and being a dead beat dad, among other things. But in addition to the bars, Push also took a page out of Drake’s book and used an appropriate cover art for the single, which shows a younger Drake rockin’ a blackface.

The photo was indeed a real picture that photographer David Leyes shot of Drake years ago, and not photoshopped. “Please stop referring to this picture as “artwork”…I’m not an internet baby, I don’t edit images…this is a REAL picture…these are his truths, see for yourself,” Pusha tweeted out after the song surfaced. Then the photographer of the photo, David Leyes, said that the idea of the blackface photo was Drake’s Anyway Itand it turns out the photo was removed from Pusha’s IG page by Instagram. Pusha took a screenshot of his message and said that this was the “first time this has happened to me….”

The message reads: “We’ve removed or disables access to content you posted on Instagram because a third party reported that that content infringes or otherwise violates their rights.”

As for why IG would remove the pic from Pusha T’s account is unknown, unless Drake Stan’s kept reporting it thousands of times, but some people online think this is the work of Drake & OVO camp. I Guess We May never know?
