Marvel’s Avengers game. What’s up guys? RBG here bringing you another update on Marvel’s Avengers. Its been quite a while since I made a video on this particular game. I thinks its been almost 3 weeks since our last update. And that’s simply because there wasn’t much to talk about other than the patches the game would be receiving. And other than occasionally reporting on rumored characters I felt it was necessary to let the devs do what they have to do. Because as you know the game hasn’t been in the best condition since it launched. So I thought it would be best to wait until there was some major news. And today we have some major news. Some good and some bad. So stay tuned. But yeah guys as I said we have some major good news and some major bad news. Firstly we gotta talk about the major good news. On Friday market research firm the NPD Group said Marvel’s Avengers recorded the second-biggest launch month for a superhero game in US history, trailing only Marvel’s Spider-Man in terms of dollar sales. And this is crazy. Like I know the Avengers brand carries a lot of weight especially with the MCU at the forefront. But I didn’t think the game would beat out the likes of the Batman Arkham series. And I know that people are gonna say that this was the main reason the game sold well strictly based off of brand recognition. But what does that say about the others games like Ultimate Alliance? It boasted an even bigger roster and had a pretty substantial following.
