Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core takes place before the events of the the original Final Fantasy 7 making it a direct prequel. In these events we get to see what Sephiroth, Angeal, and Angeal see behind the scenes of the big name corperation, Shinra.
The CG cutscenes in Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core Sephiroth VS. Genesis and Angeal looks like it could stand toe to toe with the cutscenes of it’s movie counterpart Advent Children and it also shows the top Tier Soldier 1st class Sephiroth’s skills off more as a master swordsman back when he was more mentally stable compared to the original.
